Albert Cecil "Tom" Mixon

Albert ""Tom"" Cecil Mixon, age 76, of Gulfport, passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2011, in Biloxi.
Mr. Mixon was a retired structural steel worker in the United States Navy with more than 30 years of dedicated service.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Ruel and Ida Mixon.
He is survived by his wife, Anna V. Mixon; daughters, Tina Mixon Kees (Brian) of Gulfport, Lorraine Jeffries of Gulfport, Catherine Lake of Indianapolis, IN; sons, David Mixon of Charlottesville, VA, Robert Jeffries of Atlanta, IN; sister, Alice Brown, Elizabeth Dietz; brothers, Daniel Mixon, Cork Mixon, Mac Mixon; grandchildren, Micheal Jeffries, Robert Jeffries, Cortney Jeffries, Christopher Jeffries, Sara Jeffries, Daniel Jeffries, Chance Grice; and numerous great grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at 10:00 AM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
