Albert Dorine Kranz, age 87, of Long Beach died December 23, 2007 in Gulfport.
Mr. Kranz was a native and lifelong resident of Long Beach, a retired civil service employee of the U.S. Navy, a member of the Southern Star Masonic Lodge #500 in Long Beach and was of the baptist faith. Mr. Kranz was a veteran of World War II a Sergeant, Company A, 637th Tank Destroyer Batallion.
Mr. Kranz was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Kranz and Daisy Kranz.
He is survived by his wife, Juantia Kranz of Long Beach; his three children, Catherine Y. McDougal of Long Beach, Susan M. Ladner of Pass Christian, and Albert Earl Kranz of Corbin, KY; his grandchildren, Jon Dorine McDougal, Jason Ryan McDougal, Michelle Yvonne Kranz, and Dakota Chahta Ladner; and his great-grandchildren, Liam, Meg and Morgan McDougal.
A visitation will be held Thursday, December 27, 2007 from 12:30 to 2:30 P.M. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. A funeral service will follow at 2:30 P.M. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Long Beach City Cemetery.
