Albert Raymond Rerecich Doukas, age 53 and a resident of Biloxi, died on Wednesday, January 6, 2010, in Biloxi.
Mr. Doukas was a lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast, and had served in the U.S. Navy for 5 years. He enjoyed playing pool and was employed as a security officer with the Palace Casino in Biloxi.
Mr. Doukas is preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert & Stella Rerecich and Clara & Stratos Doukas, and his uncle, Albert R. Rerecich.
He is survived by his mother, Sherry Rerecich Skinner of Gulfport; his father, Jokim S. Doukas of Pensacola, FL; his brothers, Jack Steve Doukas of Pass Christian, Jeff Doukas of Saucier, and Jared Doukas of Gulfport.
A time of gathering for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, from 11:00am until 1:00pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of South Mississippi, 2615 25th Avenue Gulfport, MS 39501.
