Alan Dyke Webb

Alan D. Webb, age 84, of Long Beach, passed away on September 9, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Webb; a daughter, Dynal Roberson; his mother, Naiomi Webb; a brother, Billy Webb; and a sister, Sandra Skelton.

Mr. Webb is survived by his children, Donna Collins (Michael), David Webb, and Daniel Webb; a granddaughter, Vivian Collins; and relatives, Joe Webb, Freyja Roberson, Gryffin Medina, Phoenix Medina, Mandrake Medina, and Serena Atkinson.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam war and later graduated from Colorado State University with a master’s degree. He retired as an Oceanographer and enjoyed reading, hunting, and history. His greatest achievement is that he outlived all of his enemies!
