Adele L. Martin, age 87, of Gulfport, died on January 17, 2008 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell J. Martin, and her daughter, Tamara Dotson.
Mrs. Martin is survived by her children, James R. Martin of Lizana and Jon L. Martin and his wife, Mona, of Hilo, HI; a sister, Opal Peugh of Chicago, IL; several grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Gulfport, the American Heart Association, and the Poet Society, where she had her poetry published.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 28, 2008, at Floral Hills Cemetery.
