Addie Belle Owens Myers, of Gulfport, born August 7, 1920 to Johnnie and Cliddie Ruth Myers, passed away on July 30, 2008 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Cedric Myers; her parents; and numerous brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her children, Joan Myers Lizana and her husband, Gene, of Pass Christian, Brenda Ann Myers Cole and her husband, Richard, Melody Jean Myers Williams, and Donald Myers and his wife, Cindy, all of Gulfport; her grandchildren, Cid Lizana, Jana Lizana Sanasac, Janelle Lizana Boudreaux, Christopher Williams, Constance Cole Nobles, Joshua Cole, Mallory Myers, and Dillon Myers; eleven great grandchildren; her sister, Alma Ruth Shreve of Dozier, AL; and her brother, James Owens and his wife, Eloise, of Andalusia, AL.
Addie Belle was a loving wife, mother, and loved being a homemaker. She was well known for her buttermilk biscuits.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2008 at 2:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, where friends may visit from Noon until service time. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens.
