Aaron John Delancey, age 21, resident of Gulfport, died, Wednesday, April 11, 2007 in Gulfport.
Aaron was born on September 30, 1985 in Gulfport and was a lifelong resident of Harrison County. He was involved in the family's sand and gravel business.
Aaron is preceded in death by his sister, Ashley Belle Delancey and is survivived by his mother and father, Ray and Vickie Delancey of Gulfport and his grandmother, Edith Delancey of Biloxi. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Aaron was a very gentle soul, that touched everyone he met. Computers, 4-wheelers, music and books were his passion. We were very fortunate and blessed for 21 years he was in our life. He was the greatest son a parent could ever have. He would do anything to help anyone. One of his favorite hobbies was photographing scenery along the Wolf River. He loved his parents dearly. If one of us was sick he was right there. There will never be a son as sweet as Aaron. But the Lord looked around and needed another angel, so Aaron was called upon to fullfill his duty. He will never be forgotten and will be in our hearts forever until the day comes till we are together again.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 15, 2007, from 11:00-2:00 p.m. at the Riemann family's GULF COAST FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Delancey Family Cemetery, Wolf River Road.
