Mr. A. J. """"Bubby"""" Wagner, Sr, age 82, and a resident of Biloxi, died Saturday, March 22, 2008 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Doris Ward Wagner.
He is survived by his children: A. J. Wagner, Jr. and wife Cathy, Robert Wagner, and Jackie Belesky and husband Darryl, all of Biloxi; sister: Dottsie Heller; grandchildren: Anthony Wagner and wife Melanie, Michelle Boudreaux and husband Marcus and Brittany Belesky; and great-grandchildren: Lauren and Caitlin Wagner, and Ashton & McKenzie Boudreaux.
Mr. Wagner was a life long resident of Biloxi. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army with service during World War II and in Korea, and the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal and of the Purple Heart. He retired from the Biloxi Veterans Administration after 30 years of service.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 from 11:45 a.m.. until service time at 1:45 p.m. at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd, Biloxi. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
