Peggy Ann Ladner

Peggy Ann Ladner, age 76 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on Friday, January 10, 2014, in Pass Christian.
Peggy was a native and lifelong resident of Harrison County. She was employed for over 30 years with Pass Christian Industries and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux. Peggy enjoyed spending time outdoors, planting gardens, and she loved her Country and Cajun Music.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Percy & Esther Ladner; her sisters, Helen Necaise and Doris Cooper and two brothers-in-law, Donald Necaise and William Todd.
Peggy is survived by her life partner, caregiver, and best friend, Betty Ladner of Pass Christian; her son, Richard ""Ricky"" (Sandra) Ladner of Pass Christian; her grandson, Joshua (Diedre) Ladner and her great granddaughters, Alaya & Nevaeh Ladner all of Pass Christian; her sisters, Bernice Necaise of Pass Christian and June (Kenneth) Shows of Saucier; her aunts, Emma Ladner of Long Beach, Betty Arnold of Pearlington, and Edna Guidry of Picayune; her uncle, Ceville Ladner of Lizana; her adopted family, Marie Cuevas of Gulfport, Charles and Jimmye Campbell, and Suzie, Jerry, and Garrett Blanchard, all of Ferriday, LA, Earl and Linda Cuevas of Gulfport, Nelson and Sue Cuevas of Hardinsburg, KY; and her adopted brother, Darrell (Elaine) Brasseaux of Denham Springs, LA; and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014, from 6pm-9pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Road in Pass Christian, with a Recitation of the Rosary to be held at 7pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at 1pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dedeaux, where family and friends may visit from 11:30am until service time. Burial will follow at Alphonse Malley Cemetery in Kiln.
The family wishes that memorial contributions be made to Sacred Heart Church, Building Fund, 14595 Vidalia Rd., Pass Christian, MS 39571.
