Mason Allen Turner, age 15, of Saucier, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2013.
Mason was born in Laurel to Michael Wayne and Shannon Elaine Turner. He was a wonderful teenager! He attended Harrison Central High School and was a member of the JROTC. He ran track and cross country. Mason even tried out for the color guard and made the team. You can imagine why he tried out! Like most teenagers, he lived on his Xbox. His hobbies also included hunting and fishing. He befriended everyone he met and will be terribly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents; his grandmothers, Hazel Edge and Linda Little; his paw-paw, Johnny Turner; his sister, Samantha Ann Turner; and his uncle, Jeffery Edge.
Friends are invited to come and share in the joy of his life. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Entombment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
