Judith Diane Woods Wickstrom

Judith Diane Woods Wickstrom, age 73 and a resident of Gulfport, died on July 11, 2015, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Wickstrom was a native of Iowa and had been a resident of Gulfport for the past 6 years. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother. Mrs. Wickstrom was known for her chocolate chip cookies, she loved to travel, reading and playing cards. Her grandchildren were most dear to her heart and her family was most important and she enjoyed making them happy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Betty Woods. Mrs. Wickstrom is survived by her husband, Daryl Wickstrom; her children, Kevin (Jennifer) Fish of Biloxi and Kim (Fred) Hagar of Iowa; her siblings, Dixie Englehardt, Joanne Schmeid, Bud Woods, Sherrie Patefield, and Jo Lynn Hamilton and her grandchildren, Mitchell and Brianna Hagar and Maxwell and Eleanor Fish.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015, from 6pm until 8pm at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 3601 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015, at 3pm in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Jordan Cemetery in West Des Moines.
