John DiNardo

December 20, 1943 — February 8, 2021

D'Iberville

John was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 20, 1943. He was a graduate of Fordham University and he proudly served in the U.S. Marines.
John was married to Holly Michele (Barrios), they were married 20 years.
John worked as a Systems Engineer for U.S. Customs and Border Protection for the last twenty years, his work ethic was beyond compare. John enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, U.S. History, talking about living in New York city, binge watching TV series, vintage movies and musicals, listening to loud music, eating fried food, seven-layer chocolate cake, relaxing in the pool, and watching the night sky.
John was known for his extravagant holiday antipasto platters. Never one to pass up a bargain he would always find something at a yard sale and would buy nonessential items because it was on sale.
John had a deep conviction in his faith. He was everything honest, constant, strong, and generous. John was large presence, a man of few words, and a huge heart. John’s children were not spoiled; they were indulged and greatly loved.
John was an active member of the Knights of Columbus for almost 60 years.
John is survived by his wife, Holly, and his three children: Angela Grace (Mark Willams, fianc), Anthony Gerard Tony (Elizabeth Shatzer), and Ramona Andrea. John has two grandchildren Ruaidhri and Niamh DiNardo.
John is survived by his brothers Robert Bob DiNardo (Kathleen), Lawrence Larry DiNardo (Paula), Gerard Gerry (Terri) DiNardo, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
John is preceded in death by his parents Pasquale Pat and Mary (Russo) DiNardo.
