Debra McKenna

Debra Jean Lacy McKenna, age 66, of Long Beach, MS, passed away on August 12, 2021.  Debra was born on December 8, 1954.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Edith Lacy; one brother, Robert “Bobby” Elsworth; and her grandson, Joseph Daley

Mrs. McKenna is survived by 1 daughter, Kristen (Frankie) Daley, 3 grandsons, Conner Daley, Brandon and Kyle Collins; and 3 brothers, Glenn (Linda Jones) Lacy, Terry (Dorothy) Lacy, and Rickey Lacy.

Debra retired from Memorial Hospital, where she dedicated many years helping families with financial assistance to pay for care of their loved ones.  Once retired, she enjoyed running the roads, spending time with Kristen, Frankie, Conner and whoever else just showed up.  Her house was everyone’s home.  While you may have just dropped by to say "Hey", you left with your stomach hurting from not only being full because she fed you, but from laughing so hard you cried.  She was a mom and life coach to many.

Services will be at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2021, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with the visitation starting a 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
