Debra Lynn Halverson, 53, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 in Brookhaven.
Debra was born in California, graduated high school in West Virginia, and she was a long-time resident of Brookhaven. She was employed with Walmart for over 20 years as a door greeter, where she was known as ""Little D."" She loved to knit, crochet and to make puzzles, and she was of the Baptist faith.
Debra was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles S. Ralston; and her uncle, Glen G. Ralston. Survivors include her parents, Carolyn and Donald Mieger of Biloxi; her sister, Diana Grant (Tommy) of Ocean Springs; her brother, Donald W. Mieger, Jr. (Tracy) of Carriere; her step-sister, Rebecca Kalentzia of St. Thomas; her uncle, Mr. & Mrs. Carl G. Ralston of Bainbridge, GA; her niece, Arielle K. Mieger of Carriere; her nephew, Andrew D. Mieger of Carriere; her niece, Stephanie Echard of Ohio; and her fianceÌ, Jeff Line of Brookhaven.
The family request that since there will be no services, that memorial contributions be made to the Boswell Regional Center, P.O. Box 128, Magee, MS 39111. Riemann Family Funeral Home in Biloxi served the family and condolences may be shared on the online guestbook at www.riemannfamily.com
