Dear Ish family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of James. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. It is found in the Bible at John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21:4. These verses tell us that soon God is going to bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones as well as do away with all causes we have for suffering, including sickness and death. Knowing this has always comforted me and it is my hope that these thoughts will comfort your family also.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your loved one, James. It breaks our hearts when death separates us from the ones we love so much. The Bible reminds us that God sees our pain and sorrow and has promised that soon, "death will be no more."(Revelation 21:4) He will heal our broken hearts by resurrecting our dear loved ones to life again.(Acts 24:15) Until then, I hope the wonderful memories of James and these promises from God comfort you in the days to come.
Dear Jamie,Frances and other family members,I was so shocked to hear of Jim's death . I have known him since I first joined First Baptist of Lizana back in the late eighties. I loved his mother and thought a lot of Jim. He was a very fine gentleman and always kind.. . I do know he went through all of your sickness with you Jamie and you two were close. I know you all will miss him. You will be in my prayers and thoughts in the days and weeks ahead.God be with you. Love, Shirley Kilpatrick
