Zackary Brett ""Zack"" Whitfield, age 21, of Long Beach, passed away on November 14, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Hazel Ruth Ainsworth, and Clifton and Ruby Patton.
Survivors include his parents, Randy (Robin) Whitfield and Melissa (Bo) VonderBruegge, his siblings, Donnie Bosarge, Brandi Bosarge, Amber Lord, Chip, Morgan, and Brock VonderBruegge, his grandparents, Waldene and Julian Thacker, C.J. and Barbara Hale, and Tom and Patsy Whitfield, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and numerous friends.
He was a 2011 graduate of Long Beach High School and was employed as a boat captain with C-Log Marine. He enjoyed fishing, being on the water, music, and hanging out with his friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 18, 2014, from 12 - 2 pm at the First Baptist Church, Long Beach. The funeral service will be at 2 pm the church sanctuary.
Interment will be in Allen Cemetery.
